You are right, it isn't for everyone. I try to make it obviously in my synapse and offering the first 20% for free to read -plus certain reviews makes it quite clear what the content is like. Still, a few people are put off by what they read as if they didn't see it coming.
Oh well, you can't please everyone.
I'm thrilled that a lot of people love my series -more than I would have imagined. I think what bothers some people is that all of my characters are flawed. Although it is a love story and all my men are doing the best they can, this series is NOT intended to be a how to book. My Dom/sub/Daddy/boy relationships are not ideal and the men are far from perfect. What I'm striving for is to make them real. Even when I put them in extreme situations, I want to see how they would respond. Serious issues aren't resolved overnight and relationships are complexed -especially when it's one of 5!
There are more challenges ahead for my five and set backs are sure to come, but they are making strides in the right direction. Healing and personal growth are rarely a straight path. There are always bends, peaks, and valleys along the way. What I'm aiming for is to have my boys inspire hope with love as their driving force.
Just finished Book 4!!! Already going to ask when Book 5 is due out! LOL
First let me say it did take me a bit to really get to know and become intrigued by each of the characters. But I love m/m and I love series...so I let them each develop and grow on me. Which they all did! Of course!
Second, no one author or genre can please everyone. You are clear what your stories are about. Anyone who wants to spew negative crap isn't worth paying attention. There will always be a difference between constructive and destructive comments. Don't let haters get to you.
Now then...when is Book 5 due out?? LOL I do enjoy the addition of more sex scenes...of course! But I'm also loving the very normal reactions to the violence stalking them! But I need that resolved soon! Or else I might just hop into the next book and do it myself! *wink wink grin grin* Not sure about the newest addition who came home with them. (I don't want to post any spoilers). I'll wait and see though and reserve judgement.

And thank you, H Lewis! I'm kinda glad you just found book four because I still have a ways to go with book five. There's a whole lot to wrap up. Five men are a lot to manage! lol!
I'm not sure about the new arrival (Amber) either. She's definitely another flawed character, with some growing up to do.
As for a date for book 5, I'll let Danny answer it. Danny: Shrug. "I dunno." Bites thumb nail.
See? It's really not my fault! The boys aren't cooperating. Spank them!
I have the whole book pretty much planned out and a couple chapters ready, but a lot to smooth out. Give me another month and I'll have a better answer. I promise :)
Thank you, Randilynn! I wish I could give you a better answer, but my writing has been slow, and my free time sparse. If a lot more people felt the way you do, I could quit my day job :). I'm gonna ask Santa! All I can say is some time in 2016.
